烤烟上部叶不同烘烤方式综合效果比较 被引量:5

摘要 以云烟105的上部叶为试验材料,设置带茎烘烤、不带茎烘烤2个处理,对比分析2个处理的综合效果。结果表明,带茎烘烤处理的干烟质量、每千克干烟叶能源消耗量、采烤环节人工成本与不带茎烘烤处理相接近,但带茎烘烤处理能够缩短烘烤总时间,显著减少挂灰烟,显著提高上等烟比例,提高烟叶均价,且烤后烟叶身份多呈现中等-稍厚,叶片结构疏松-稍密、偏向疏松,外观质量表现较好。 With the upper leaves of Yunyan 105 as materials,two treatments were set up,including baking with stems and baking without stems,and the comprehensive effects of these two treatments were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the dry tobacco quality,the energy consumption per kilogram of dry tobacco leaves,and the labor cost of harvesting and baking process of baking with stems treatment were similar to those of baking without stems treatment,but the baking with stems treatment could shorten the total baking time,significantly reduce ash-hanging tobacco,significantly increase the proportion of high-quality tobacco,increase the average price of tobacco leaves,and the identity of flue-cured tobacco leaves was medium-slightly thick,leaf structure was loose-slightly dense,tended to be loose,and the appearance was relatively loose,and the appearance quality was better.
