摘要
现有的研究与临床数据表明:维生素D能够改善神经营养因子水平,维持神经元密度,从而起到保护神经的作用,对海马体、下丘脑、前额皮质和颞叶的生理功能也有着重要影响,缺乏维生素D将会导致精神分裂症等精神疾病的发病率增加。目前,临床上大多采用化学发光免疫测定法检测25-羟基维生素D,此方法操作简便、自动化程度高,然而其灵敏度与精确性相对一般。如何发展更为高效的标准化检测方法为维生素D水平的临床评估提供有力保证还有待进一步研究。为此,综述了维生素D与精神分裂症之间关联性的研究进展,并对比分析了几种常用的维生素D检测方法。
This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between vitamin D and schizophrenia,and compares several commonly used vitamin D detection methods.The existing studies together with clinical data suggest that vitamin D can improve neurotrophic factor levels,maintain neuronal density,and thus act as a neuroprotective agent,which also has important effects on the physiological functions of the hippocampus,hypothalamus,prefrontal cortex,and temporal lobe.Vitamin D deficiency will lead to an increase in the incidence rate of mental disorders such as schizophrenia.Currently,the chemiluminescence immunoassay is used to detect 25(OH)D.This method is easy to perform and highly automated.However,its sensitivity and precision are relatively low.Therefore,a more efficient standardized detection method to provide a strong guarantee for the clinical evaluation of vitamin D level remains to be further studied.
