长江经济带污水排放量与其影响因素的关联序研究

Study on the Grey Relational Order between Sewage Discharge and Its Influencing Factors in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

为精确辨识长江经济带上中下游各区域污水排放量关键影响因素,从而针对不同区域提出有效的治污策略,文章在分析现有研究基础上,提出影响区域污水排放量的相关因素,收集了2013年~2017年长江经济带上中下游各地区相关因素的统计数据,采用灰色关联分析模型对各区域的污水排放量与相关影响因素的关联度进行了计算,并在此基础上进行关联度的排序。研究结论认为:对长江经济带而言,应着力控制人口规模,在稳住农业基本盘、守好“三农”基础的条件下重点开发工业和服务业的产值产能,从而有效降低长江经济带污水的排放总量。

In order to identify the key influencing factors of sewage discharge in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and thus put forward effective pollution control strategies for different regions.Based on the analysis of the existing research literature,this paper puts forward the relevant factors affecting regional sewage discharge,and collects the statistical data of the relevant factors in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2017.The grey correlation analysis model is used to calculate the correlation degree between the sewage discharge of each region and the relevant influencing factors,and the correlation degree is sorted on the basis of the calculation results.It is concluded that for the Yangtze River Economic Belt,efforts should be made to control the population and focus on developing the output capacity of industry and service industry under the condition of stabilizing the basic market of agriculture and keeping the foundation of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”so as to effectively reduce the total amount of sewage discharge in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
