闲时自断电插座的结构设计 被引量:1

摘要 插座作为每个家庭必不可少的五金用品,它的安全性也在逐渐发生变化,现阶段插座的安全防触电措施主要是在两个插口内部增加挡板,只有像插头这样成对的硬物才能同时顶开这层挡板,因此保证插座使用的安全性。但是这层保证安全的挡板也会“失灵”,当婴幼儿使用剪刀、镊子这类金属品就可以轻而易举地顶开安全挡板,造成触电事故。而且这层挡板的灵活性也不尽人意,经常会发生插头插不进去,挡板损坏的问题,导致插座无法使用,基于此进行防触电插座的改进。为了更安全地使用插座,防止儿童由于好奇意外接触到插座发生触电危险,设计了一款闲时自动断电防触电插座。该插座通过机械结构及电路改进使插座在闲时不带电,从而在一定程度上降低了由于误操作等原因造成触电的可能性。该插座与传统插座相比,更加安全、可靠。 As an indispensable hardware for every household,the safety of the socket is gradually changing.At present,the safety and anti-electric shock measure of the socket is mainly intended to increase the baffle inside the two sockets.Only hard objects such as plugs can open this layer of baffles simultaneously,so as to ensure the safety of the use of sockets.But this layer of safety baffle will also be"out of order".When infants and young children use metal products such as scissors and tweezers,they can easily open the safety baffle,which easily causes electric shock accidents.And the flexibility of this layer of baffle is unsatisfactory,often the plug cannot be inserted,the baffle is damaged,making the socket unable to be used,so as to improve the anti-shock socket.In order to use the socket more safely and prevent children from accidentally coming into contact with the socket due to curiosity,an automatic power-off and electric shock-proof socket is designed.Through the improvement of mechanical structure and circuit,the socket is not charged when not in use,thus to a certain extent reduces the possibility of electric shock caused by misoperation and other reasons.Compared with the traditional socket,the socket is more safe and reliable.
