摘要
文章以中空瓶坯的丝印加工为研究对象,配合已有丝印加工设备的机械主体结构,实现瓶坯的精确定位缺陷检测。为保证产品外观LOGO品质,采用PLC和机器视觉技术实现对中空瓶表面字符型LOGO或图案型LOGO缺陷的自动检测。解决在大批量工业生产过程中,用人工视觉检查产品质量效率低且精度不高的问题,大大提高生产效率和自动化程度。
This paper takes the screen printing processing of hollow billet as the research object,and with the mechanical main structure of the existing screen printing processing equipment,the precise positioning defect detection of the billet can be realized.In order to ensure the LOGO quality of the product appearance,PLC and machine vision technology are used to realize the automatic detection of character-type LOGO or pattern-type LOGO defects on the surface of hollow bottles,so as to solve the problem of low efficiency and low precision of product quality inspection by artificial vision in the process of mass industrial production,and greatly improve the production efficiency and the degree of automation.
