基于多类型工业机器人的多功能实训设备设计

文章对工业机器人实训设备进行了研究,针对不同学校实训室已有多台在地面安装好的不同类型工业机器人设计了一种多功能实训设备,它以S7-1200PLC为控制核心,采用多种通信方式,搭配多种功能模块,如升降平台、RFID模块、视觉模块、传送带、触摸屏、电磁阀模块等。即利用实训室已有工业机器人,再配套可以实现自适应多种类型工业机器人的多功能实训设备,实现多功能实训设备与工业机器人的协调动作,达到减小设备体积、节约成本、灵活易变、提升新知识技能、促进专业建设和发展的目的。

The training equipment of industrial robot is studied.Aiming at the different types of industrial robots installed on the ground in different school training rooms,a multi-functional training equipment is designed.It takes S7-1200PLC as the control core,adopts a variety of communication modes,and matches a variety of functional modules,such as lifting platform,RFID module,vision module,conveyor belt,touch screen,solenoid valve module and so on;that is to say,the existing industrial robots in the training room can only be equipped with multi-functional training equipment that can adapt to various types of industrial robots,and the coordinated action between multi-functional training equipment and industrial robots can be realized,to achieve the purpose of reducing the size of the equipment,saving costs,being flexible and changeable,upgrading new knowledge and skills,and promoting professional construction and development.
