摘要
沼气作为一种可再生的清洁能源,不仅能缓解能源稀缺压力,同时还能起到保护环境的作用,越来越受到人们的重视。我国拥有丰富的生物质资源,通过厌氧发酵成含甲烷浓度50%~65%的沼气,燃烧效率低下,因此需通过沼气提纯工艺产生甲烷浓度90%的生物天然气,来提高燃烧性能。文章详细介绍了各种沼气提纯技术工艺,并以某生物质天然气项目为例,论述了沼气提纯技术的选择过程,以期为同类项目提供经验参考。
As a kind of renewable clean energy,biogas not only alleviates the pressure of energy scarcity,but also protects the environment.China is rich in biomass resources.Biogas with methane concentration of 50%and 65%is produced by anaerobic fermentation,and the combustion efficiency is low,so biogas with methane concentration of 90%needs to be produced by biogas purification process to improve combustion performance.In this paper,various biogas purification technologies are introduced in detail,and taking a biomass natural gas project as an example,the selection process of biogas purification technology is discussed in order to provide experience and reference for similar projects.
