摘要
锅炉停炉后,为尽快进入锅炉内部工作,需要在合理的范围内加速锅炉的冷却。文章结合某电厂1000MW直流锅炉一次停炉后冷却操作过程,并通过锅炉冷却时主要受热面的温降数据,来探索此种冷炉方法的实际效果。
After the boiler is shut down,in order to enter the internal work of the boiler as soon as possible,it is necessary to accelerate the cooling of the boiler within a reasonable range.Based on the cooling operation process of a 1000MW once-through boiler in a power plant,and through the temperature drop data of the main heating surface of the boiler during cooling,this paper explores the actual effect of this cooling method.
