基于MathCAD在挖深式消力池设计计算标准化中的应用研究

摘要 水利工程设计现状为标准化低,参数取值主观性强,依靠经验,然而年轻设计员缺乏经验,容易出现设计保守,随意提高安全系数等问题。文章通过MathCAD软件对底流消能挖深式消力池进行水力计算,形成一套计算模板,日后有类似消能工设计计算只须修改部分文字和参数赋值即可自动计算水力参数。同时,文章在介绍软件MathCAD设计计算过程中,提出对一元三次方程进行求解,并获得三个有效根,较传统的试算方法节约工作量,并不会舍弃任何有效根,保证计算的准确率。利用MathCAD软件使消力池的计算过程直观、修改便捷,便于对设计结果校核与管理,设计计算书较传统模式规整,可看性强,有效提高工作效率。 The present situation of hydraulic engineering design is of low standardization,strong subjectivity of parameter value and relying on experience.However,young designers lack experience,design conservatism,improve safety factor at will and so on.In this paper,the hydraulic calculation of the underflow energy dissipation deep stilling pool is carried out by MathCAD software,and a set of calculation template is formed.In the future,the hydraulic parameters can be calculated automatically by modifying some words and parameter assignment for the design and calculation of similar energy dissipators.At the same time,in the process of introducing the design and calculation of the software MathCAD,the paper puts forward the process of solving univariate cubic equation and obtains three effective roots,which saves the workload compared with the traditional trial calculation method,and will not give up any effective roots to ensure the accuracy of the calculation.The calculation process of the stilling pool is intuitive and easy to modify by using MathCAD software,and it is convenient to check and manage the design results.The design calculation book is more regular and more readable than the traditional mode,and effectively improves the work efficiency.
