摘要
继电保护的运行整定应以保证系统的安全稳定运行为根本目标,继电保护之间的整定一般应遵循逐级配合的原则,满足选择性要求。对不同保护之间的整定配合,原则上应满足动作时间上的逐级配合,在不能兼顾速动性、选择性或灵敏性要求时,可以采用时间配合而保护范围不配合的不完全配合方式。本次整定计算考虑发电机组就近并网后选择性无法满足条件的情况,结合系统特点和供电安全性合理进行取舍,保证系统安全可靠运行。
The operation setting of relay protection should take ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system as the fundamental goal.The setting between relay protection should generally follow the principle of matching step by step to meet the selective requirements.In principle,the setting coordination between the protection of different principles should meet the step by step coordination of the action time.When the requirements of quickness,selectivity or sensitivity can no longer be taken into account,the incomplete coordination mode of time coordination without coordination of the protection range can be adopted.In this setting calculation,when the selectivity can not meet the conditions after the generator unit is connected to the gridnearby,it is reasonable to make a trade-off in combination with the system characteristics and power supply safety,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.
