摘要 WiFi充电技术是近年来迅速发展起来的一种新技术,AGV汽车采用WiFi充电技术不仅可以克服传统充电方式给充电系统带来的不便和危险,而且还可以提高车辆的美观和实用性,节省人力和财力。从硬件和软件两个方面研究AGV汽车充电系统,对其工作环境进行了理论分析并进行了总体设计方案的编制,编写了AGV汽车无线充电系统的总体设计方案。通过试验分析可知,所设计的AGV汽车无线充电系统能满足设计参数要求,符合预期。 WiFi charging technology is a new technology that has developed rapidly in recent years.AGV vehicles using WiFi charging technology can not only overcome the inconvenience and danger brought by the traditional charging method to the charging system,but also improve the appearance and practicability of the vehicle,saving manpower and financial resources.This paper studies the AGV vehicle charging system from two aspects of hardware and software,carries on the theoretical analysis to its working environment and carries on the preparation of the overall design scheme,and writes the overall design scheme of the AGV vehicle wireless charging system.The experimental analysis shows that the designed AGV wireless charging system can meet the design parameter requirements and achieve the expected functions.
