摘要
随着社会的不断发展,市民生活水平日益提高,私家车保有量也逐年攀升,导致迅速增长的停车需求与有限停车资源间的矛盾越来越突出。路侧带作为市政道路的重要组成部分之一,具有体量大、分布广等特点,通过规划设计、规模控制和管理等措施,在满足行人通行需求且路侧带共建资源有余的前提下,缓解城市停车矛盾。结合多个地区的相关设计与管理经验,重点研究在保障路侧带行人通行功能的同时,根据资源余量解决或部分解决城市亟需的停车需求,提升城市公共空间资源的利用率。
With the continuous development of society and the increasing improvement of citizens'living standards,the number of private cars is also rising year by year,resulting in the increasingly prominent contradiction between the rapidly growing parking demand&the limited parking resources.As one of the important components of municipal roads,the roadside zone has the characteristics of large volume&wide distribution.Through planning&design,scale control and management measures,it can alleviate the contradiction of urban parking on the premise of meeting the pedestrian traffic demand and surplus resources.Combined with the relevant design and management experience of many regions,focus on solving or partially solving the parking demand urgently needed by the city according to the resource surplus while ensuring the pedestrian passing function of roadside,so as to improve the utilization rate of urban public space resources.
