污水处理厂剩余污泥杂质分离设备研究与应用现状

剩余污泥是城镇污水处理厂产生的主要副产物之一,剩余污泥的处理与处置成为当前污水处理厂面临的重点挑战。剩余污泥具有有机质含量低、含沙量高、产量大等特点,大量的砂碴、杂质导致污泥处理系统的堵塞、磨损等问题。阐述杂质对剩余污泥处理单元的危害,重点论述国内外主要杂质分离预处理技术和设备研究与应用现状,分析各设备特点、参数,以及存在的处理流量、设备运行等问题。现有的预处理设备有必要通过进一步研究解决存在的问题,以期为城镇污水处理厂剩余污泥中杂质分离技术的发展提供理论依据。

Excess sludge is one of the main by-products produced by urban sewage treatment plants.The treatment&disposal of excess sludge has become a key challenge facing sewage treatment plants.Excess sludge has the characteristics of low organic matter content,high sand content and large output.A large number of sand residues&impurities lead to the blockage&wear of sludge treatment system.It expounds the harm of impurities to excess sludge treatment unit,focuses on the research&application status of main impurity separation pretreatment technology&equipment at home&abroad,and analyzes the characteristics&parameters of each equipment,as well as the existing problems such as treatment flow&equipment operation.It is necessary for the existing pretreatment equipment to solve the existing problems through further research,to provide a theoretical basis for the development of impurity separation technology in excess sludge of urban sewage treatment plant.
