灌浆套筒连接装配式桥墩建设思考及对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 装配式桥墩采用灌浆套筒连接技术较为成熟,目前在低震区应用较为广泛,具有施工快速、钢筋定位精度要求高等特点,不适用于束筋连接,对静力性能要求高,套筒灌浆饱满度检测较为困难。对套筒位于立柱内和套筒位于承台内2种连接形式和灌浆套筒的特性进行比较分析,并基于当前设计规范存在的问题,提出相应调整建议。针对目前灌浆套筒连接装配式桥墩应用的局限性,提出了相应的优化对策。 The grouting sleeve connection technology of fabricated pier is relatively mature,and it is widely used in low earthquake area at present.Its characteristics are:rapid construction,high requirements for reinforcement positioning accuracy,not suitable for tendon connection,high requirements for static performance,and it is difficult to detect the plumpness of sleeve grouting.It compares&analyzes the characteristics of two connection forms and grouting sleeve with the sleeve in the column&the sleeve in the bearing platform,and puts forward corresponding adjustment suggestions based on the problems existing in the current design code.In view of the limitations of the application of grouting sleeve connection fabricated pier at present,the corresponding optimization countermeasures are put forward.
