医院药师对重大突发公共卫生事件中职责认同度的调查与分析

The responsibilities recognition of hospital pharmacists in public health emergencies:a cross-sectional questionnaire study in China

目的:收集我国医院药师对其在重大突发公共卫生事件中职责的意见,探讨医院药师在重大突发公共卫生事件中的职责,总结本次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中药师的工作经验与建议,为药师的发展提供新思路。方法:在2020年3月对中国的医院药师进行问卷调查,问题涉及基本人口学调查、新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情相关背景调查以及重大突发公共卫生事件中医院药师的职责,使用SPSS软件对数据进行处理分析,对药师在突发公共卫生事件中的各项工作与职责的赞同程度进行正态性检验和秩和检验以筛选有意义的人口学因素进入Logistic回归模型,评估其对中国医院药师对突发公共卫生事件中的各项工作与职责是否赞同的影响。结果:共收问卷1240份,经过筛选删除后得到1202份有效问卷,应答率为96.9%,其中医院药师对突发公共卫生事件中药学服务活动的赞同比例均超过90%。Logistic回归结果显示“年龄”“职称”“是否接受过突发公共卫生事件的药事服务培训”和“是否曾参与过突发公共卫生事件的药事服务活动”是影响医院药师是否赞同的因素(P<0.05)。结论:药学服务是突发公共卫生事件防控工作中不可或缺的一环,而医院药师是实施药学服务的不二人选,应重视医院药师在重大突发公共卫生事件中的作用,提高其在突发公共卫生事件中的影响力与认可度。

Objective:To investigate the opinions of Chinese hospital pharmacists on their duties in public health emergencies,and to promote new ideas developing the role of hospital pharmacists in public health emergencies in this study.Methods:A cross-sectional questionnaire study in Chinese hospital pharmacists was conducted in March 2020,involving basic demographics information followed by a range of responsibilities of hospital pharmacists related to corona virus disease 2019 and other public health emergencies.Data were entered using Microsoft Excel and analyzed using SPSS.And then normality tests and rank-sum tests were conducted to assess the hospital pharmacists'attitude towards their responsibilities in public health emergencies.The demographics information was screened and entered into the Logistic regression model to assess its effect on the recognition of hospital pharmacists on responsibilities in public health emergencies.Results:A total of 1240 Chinese hospital pharmacists were surveyed,the response rate was 96.9%.Over 90%of Chinese hospital pharmacists endorsed responsibilities in public health emergencies listed in the questionnaire.The results of Logistic regression displayed that there were four factors that influenced hospital pharmacists,they were"age""professional title""whether received pharmaceutical care training on public health emergencies""whether ever provided pharmaceutical care in ever public health emergencies"(P<0.05)Conclusion:Pharmaceutical care provided by hospital pharmacists is a vital part of the prevention and control of public health emergencies,therefore more emphasis should be given to hospital pharmacists in order to improve their social recognition.
