会计教育与创新创业教育的融合思考

On the Integration of Innovation Education and Accounting

基于现实情境对就业形势的思考,教师在强化学生专业能力的基础上,应拓展其职业发展思维。利用创新创业教育丰富会计教育内容与育人形式,将传统课堂不断向现实延伸。即将大学生职业规划教育内容渗透到会计教学设计中、以会计管理能力强化目标为导向设计项目式教学模式、基于校企合作协同育人手段推进创新创业教育,以此全面提高人才培养质量,为国家输送符合要求的优质人才。

Based on the thinking of employment situation in the realistic situation,teachers should expand their career development thinking on the basis of strengthening students’professional ability.Using innovation and entrepreneurship education to enrich the content and form of accounting education,the traditional classroom will continue to extend to reality.That is to say,the content of college students’career planning education should be infiltrated into the accounting teaching design,the project-based teaching mode should be designed based on the strengthening goal of accounting management ability,and the innovation and entrepreneurship education should be promoted based on school enterprise cooperation,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training and provide qualified talents for the country.
