新建应用型本科院校扁平化管理体制改革研究--以××学校为例

Research on the Reform of the Flat Management System of Newly-built Applied Undergraduate Colleges--Taking××School as an Example

目前新建本科院校越来越多,办学规模在不断扩大,办学层次在不断提升,学校传统的层级管理体制的弊端日益凸显,不利于学校长期稳定发展,而扁平化层级管理改革与应用是新建本科院校的必然选择。本文以扁平化层级管理进行研究,以新建本科学校××学校为例,指出其实行扁平化层级管理的必要性和实施的策略,以期促进学校的可持续发展。

With the rising of newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities,the expansion of the scale of running schools and the upgrading of the level of running schools,the drawbacks of the traditional level management model of schools are becoming increasingly prominent,which is not conducive to the long-term stable development of schools,and the flat level management model is the inevitable choice of newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities.Taking Anhui Sanlian University as an example,this paper studies the flat level management,and points out the necessity and strategy of implementing the flat level management in order to promote the sustainable development of the school.
