摘要
课程思政是实现“三全育人”的重要载体,是高职院校职业教育不可缺少的配套举措,是提升综合育人实效的有效措施。高职院校做好课程思政建设需要处理好四大辩证关系,即课程思政与思政课程之间的关系、专业课程与当下探索中的课程思政的关系、“精心设计”与“随机应变”的关系以及“育生”与“育师”的关系。在实践上,高职院校应组建具备集成性特点的沟通平台,增进与课程思政相关的教职工的互动,在制度上完善参与课程思政的教师的成长与评价机制,促进课程思政的可持续发展。
Courses with ideological and political items is an important carrier to realize“Three-alls Education Mode”,and an indispensable supporting measure to carry out vocational education in higher vocational colleges and an effective measure to improve the comprehensive education effect.It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to deal with the four dialectical relations,that is,to deal with the relationship between curriculum thought and politics,the relationship between professional courses and curriculum thought and politics,the relationship between“careful design”and“adaptability”in teaching,and the relationship between“education students”and“education teachers”.In practice,higher vocational colleges should establish an integrated communication platform to enhance the interaction between teachers and staff related to courses with ideological and political items,improve the growth and evaluation mechanism of teachers participating in courses with ideological and political items,and promote the sustainable development of courses with ideological and political items.
