摘要
课程思政是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的有效途径。高职数学教师是落实高职数学课程思政育人功能的关键因素。分析并总结高职数学教师课程思政能力不足的四大原因,从提高课程思政的认知、加强政治理论的学习、创新教学方法和健全培训与激励机制等方面探索提升高职数学教师课程思政能力的途径。
Curriculum ideology is an effective way to carry out the basic task of moral education in higher vocational colleges.Mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges are the key factors to carry out the ideological and political education of mathematics curriculum.This paper analyzes the four reasons for the lack of curriculum ideological and political ability of mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the ways to improve the curriculum ideological and political ability of mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of improving the cognition of curriculum ideological and political,strengthening the study of political theory,innovating teaching methods and perfecting the training and incentive mechanism.
