高职扩招背景下任务驱动教学法在思政教学中的应用研究

摘要 高职院校思政教学随着扩招后生源的变化,已经陷入困境。现行的单向性教学不利于根据学生学情因材施教,现有的单一化教学容易造成思政理论与学生实践的脱节,传统的理论灌输法不利于培养创新思维。而采用任务驱动教学法可以使思政教学走出困境,它既是思政课教学应对高职扩招后生源变化的必然要求,也是适应思政课教学特性的需要,同时还是培养学生创新思维和创新能力的必要抓手。思政教师应当结合学生的多元化和差异性的特点,紧扣任务驱动教学法的“创建情境--设定任务--教师引导--完成任务--成果展示--评价反馈”六个环节,将任务驱动教学法灵活地应用到思政教学中。 Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges has been in trouble with the change of students after enrollment expansion.The current one-way teaching is not conducive to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,the existing single teaching is easy to cause the disconnection between ideological and political theory and students’practice,and the traditional theory indoctrination method is not conducive to the cultivation of innovative thinking.The task-driven teaching method can make ideological and political teaching out of the dilemma.It is not only the inevitable requirement of ideological and political teaching to cope with the changes of students after the expansion of higher vocational education,but also the need to adapt to the characteristics of ideological and political teaching,and the necessary grasp to cultivate students’innovative thinking and innovation ability.Ideological and political teachers should combine the characteristics of students’diversity and differences,and apply task-driven teaching method flexibly to ideological and political teaching by following the six links of task-driven teaching method:“creating situation—setting task—teacher guidance—completing task—achievement display—evaluation feedback”.
