摘要
锤击成桩收锤标准随外部因素作用的变化而变化,是动态成桩的规定和要求。桩土系统的未知和不确定性决定了收锤标准的复杂性,如何使收锤标准根据外部作用因素的变化而做适时相应地调整,是发挥收锤标准质量控制作用的前提。液压锤的数据采集和传输功能,为收锤标准的模式识别研究提供了条件基础。依据桩的设计、锤-桩-土配置与条件参数、过程参数和验证参数等的数字化,描述收锤阶段桩的模式,通过模式识别判断桩是否达到收锤要求,为收锤标准研究提供了另外一种方法。
The conditions for stopping hammering of hydraulic hammer pile driving change with the changes of external factors,which are dynamic pile-forming regulations and requirements.The unknown and uncertainty of the pile-soil system determines the complexity of the conditions for stopping hammering.How to adjust the conditions for stopping hammering according to the changes of external factors is the prerequisite for the quality control of the conditions for stopping hammering.The data collection and transmission functions of the hydraulic hammer provide a conditional basis for the research on the pattern recognition of the conditions for stopping hammering.According to the digitization of pile design,hammer-pile-soil configuration and condition parameters,process parameters and verification parameters,the mode of the pile at the stopping hammering stage is described,and the pattern recognition is used to determine whether the pile meets the condi‐tions for stopping hammering,which provides another method for the research of the conditions for stopping hammering.
