摘要
对于软土地区的超高层建筑,桩基已经满足不了承载力的要求,须通过后注浆技术提高桩侧和桩端土承载力特征值来满足设计要求。通过对湛江某超高层建筑的桩基础设计过程解析,分析8根注浆和未注浆灌注桩的试桩结果和注浆管堵塞事故的处理措施,阐述了后注浆的注浆机理,论证了后注浆在粤西岩层比较深地区对灌注桩的提高效果,并总结实践了注浆管堵塞的补注浆措施。
For super high-rise buildings in soft soil areas,the pile foundation may not meet the requirements of bearing capacity.Postgrouting technology can be used to increase the bearing capacity of the pile in order to meet the design requirements.This paper analyzes the pile foundation design process of a super high-rise building in Zhanjiang.By analyzing the test pile results and the treatment measures of the grouting pipe blockage accident,the paper reveals the mechanism of post-grouting,also,demonstrates that post-grouting improvement in western Guangdong.The paper also summarized the supplementary grouting measures for the blockage of the grouting pipe.
