钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装鼓包病害检测与机理分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了探究钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装鼓包病害产生的原因及机理,基于红外热成像技术研发了一种钢桥面环氧沥青铺装鼓包病害检测设备,对某钢桥面环氧沥青混合料铺装鼓包病害进行检测与评价,对鼓包病害产生的机理进行分析,并提出了针对环氧沥青铺装鼓包病害的处治办法及防止措施。结果表明:研发的环氧沥青铺装鼓包病害检测设备性能可靠,检测结果准确,适用性较强;鼓包病害产生原因主要跟水分受热汽化的膨胀作用、干燥空气受热膨胀作用、气体泵吸作用有关;为防止鼓包病害出现,应加强施工过程中水汽的控制;研究结果为提升钢桥面环氧沥青铺装质量、延长使用寿命提供新的技术支撑及参考。 In order to explore the steel bridge deck of epoxy asphalt concrete pavement beat the causes of diseases and its mechanism,based on infrared thermal imaging technology developed a steel bridge deck bulge disease of epoxy asphalt mixture paving testing equip‐ment,for a certain steel bridge deck asphalt mixture surfacing epoxy bulge disease testing and evaluation,the bulge is analyzed,the mecha‐nism of disease and put forward in view of the bulge of epoxy asphalt mixture paving treatment method and measures to prevent the dis‐ease.The results show that the developed equipment has reliable performance,accurate detection results and strong applicability.The causes of bulge disease are mainly related to the expansion of water vaporization by heat,the expansion of dry air by heat,and the suction of gas pump.In order to prevent bulge disease,the control of water vapor should be strengthened in the construction process.The research results provide new technical support and reference for improving the quality and prolonging the service life of epoxy asphalt pavement on steel bridge deck.
