5M1E分析法对新冠肺炎期间消毒供应室消毒管理质量的影响

The impact of 5M1E analysis on the quality of disinfection management in disinfection supply rooms during the period of novel coronavirus pneumonia

目的探讨5M1E分析法对新冠肺炎期间消毒供应室消毒管理质量的影响。方法2020年6月至2020年11月新冠肺炎疫情期间,根据疫情防控需要应用5M1E分析法对消毒供应室相关人员、方法、环境、监测、设备及材料方面存在的风险进行分析,并针对疫情建立消毒供应室感染管理防控策略,比较实施前(2020年1月至2020年5月)、实施后消毒供应室护理人员疫情防控知识及消毒供应室护理管理质量。结果实施后消毒供应室新冠肺炎防控知识(包括新冠肺炎传播途径、新冠肺炎易感人群、新冠肺炎临床特征、新冠肺炎检测方法、新冠肺炎防护措施、疫情下器械、物品清洗灭菌方法等)知晓率高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后消毒供应室设备消毒管理、防控物资管理、科室感染防控应急预案、个人防控措施、工作区环境清洁消毒管理、医疗废弃物品管理、新冠肺炎病毒感染监测管理等护理质量评分高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论新冠肺炎期间应用5M1E分析法指导消毒供应室开展疫情防控策略,能有效提高护士防控知识及护理管理质量,有助于医疗防控工作开展。

Objective To explore the impact of 5M1E analysis method on the disinfection management quality of the disinfection supply rooms during the period of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Method From June 2020 to November 2020,5M1E analysis and management method was applied to analyze the risks in the relevant personnel,methods,environment,monitoring,equipment and materials of the disinfection supply rooms according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control and the prevention and control strategy were established.The knowledge of epidemic prevention and control of the nurses and management quality of the disinfection supply rooms before implementation(from January 2020 to May 2020)and after implementation were compared.Result The knowledge of prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia in the disinfection supply rooms after implementation(including the transmission route,the susceptible population,the clinical characteristics,the detection methods,the protective measures,the method of cleaning and sterilizing equipment under the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia,etc.)were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).The equipment disinfection management,prevention and control material management,department infection prevention and control emergency plan,personal prevention and control measures,cleaning and disinfection management of work area environmental,medical waste management,infection monitoring and management of novel coronavirus pneumonia,and other nursing quality scores were higher than those before implementation after implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the application of 5M1E analysis method can effectively improve the nurses'prevention and control knowledge and nursing management quality,and help the development of medical prevention and control.
