全面系统化护理联合加巴喷丁及丙戊酸钠治疗难治性癫痫患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of comprehensive systematic nursing combined with gabapentin and sodium valproate in the treatment of refractory epilepsy patients

目的探讨全面系统化护理联合加巴喷丁及丙戊酸钠治疗难治性癫痫患者的有效性。方法选择2017年1月至2020年10月本院收治的难治性癫痫患者90例,随机分为A组、B组和C组各30例。A组采取加巴喷丁、丙戊酸钠联合全面系统化护理模式进行治疗,B组采取丙戊酸钠联合全面系统化护理模式进行治疗,C组采取丙戊酸钠联合常规护理模式进行治疗,对比3组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后第1、2、3个月3组患者的月癫痫发作次数以及治疗后第3个月的血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且A组<B组<C组。治疗后3月内3组患者并发症总发生率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3组患者护理满意度以及美国华盛顿大学生存质量问卷(University of Washington quality of life,UW-QoL)评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且A组>B组>C组。结论全面系统化护理联合加巴喷丁及丙戊酸钠疗法能明显改善难治性癫痫患者的治疗效果,并且有助于提高其生活质量,可以在临床上广泛推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive systematic nursing combined with gabapentin and sodium valproate in the treatment of refractory epilepsy patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with intractable epilepsy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2020 were divided into group A,group B and group C randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with gabapentin,sodium valproate combined with comprehensive systemic nursing,group B was treated with sodium valproate combined with comprehensive systemic nursing and group C was treated with sodium valproate combined with conventional nursing mode,and the treatment effect of three groups was compared.Results The times of epileptic seizures in the first,second and third month after treatment and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the third month after treatment were as follows:group A>group B>group C(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications within 3 months after treatment had significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the nursing satisfaction and UW-QoL scores were as follows:group A>group B>group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive systemic nursing combined with gabapentin and sodium valproate therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with intractable epilepsy,and help to improve their quality of life,which can be widely used in clinic.
