In the process of cultivating college students,ideological and political education plays a vital role,and counselors are an important part of ideological and political teaching and teaching management in colleges and universities.Therefore,the professional centripetal force and cohesion of counselors also directly affect the effect of ideological and political education.So,this paper first expounds the important practical significance and role of the construction of effective incentive mechanism for college counselors,analyzes the main problems faced by the construction of effective incentive mechanism for college counselors based on the current situation,and puts forward a series of main strategies and measures for the construction of effective incentive mechanism for college counselors.
