基于文本挖掘的高校“双带头人”教师党支部建设重点探究——以首批全国高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室为例

Research on the Party Branch Construction of“Doubleleader”Teachers in Universities Based on Text Mining:Taking the First Batch of“Double-leader”Party Branch Secretaries’Studios in Colleges and Universities as an Example

实施高校"双带头人"培育工程是国家的战略举措。研究高校"双带头人"教师党支部(以下简称"双带支部")建设规律有利于推进高校"双带头人"培育工程的实施,更有利于提升高校基层党建的科学化水平。文章通过对首批全国"双带支部"书记工作室的相关建设文本进行挖掘与分析,探究"双带支部"建设的重点,得出以下结论:(1)"双带支部"侧重于开展政治建设、人才建设和平台建设;(2)"双带支部"以利用党建促进教学科研等业务工作的开展为主要建设目标;(3)"双带支部"建设应注重对综合效应规律的掌握与运用。

The implementation of the“double-leader”cultivation project in colleges and universities is a national strategic initiative.The research on the law of Party branch construction of“double-leader”teachers in colleges and universities is beneficial to the implementation of the project of cultivating“double-leader”teachers in colleges and universities,and more beneficial to the improvement of the scientific level of Party building at the grassroots level in colleges and universities.This paper takes the first batch of“double-leader”Party branch secretaries’studios in colleges and universities as the object of research,and uses text mining technology and cluster analysis method to study the law of Party branch construction of“doubleleader”teachers in colleges and universities.The results show that:(1)The hotspots in the construction of Party branches of“double-leader”teachers in colleges and universities are ideological and political construction,talent construction and teaching and research platform construction.(2)The construction of Party branches of“double-leader”teachers in colleges and universities focuses on teaching and scientific research and other business work.(3)The construction of Party branches of“double-leader”teachers is influenced by the law of comprehensive effect.
