To properly integrate ideological and political elements in mathematics courses is a significant topic in the current teaching reform.Single variable functional differential calculus is an important part in higher mathematics.This paper researches the ideological and political elements in the part from such four angles as political identity,patriotism,cultural quality,and scientific spirit,which has an instructive effect on other contents of higher mathematics.
