摘要 医学人才培养对于医疗质量提升和卫生事业发展而言十分重要,而临床教师的教学能力高低影响着医学生的教学质量,青年教师是临床教学的中坚力量和未来基础。如何解决青年教师临床教学中遇到的瓶颈并提高青年教师的临床带教能力是保障医学教育质量的重要抓手,也是教学创新改革的突破点。青年临床教师在教学工作中有自我实现的需要,可以通过从自我实现的角度出发找寻其提高临床带教能力的措施,多方面、多角度地提升青年医师临床教学能力。 The training of medical talents is very important for the improvement of medical quality and the development of health services.The teaching ability of clinical teachers affects the teaching quality of medical students,and young teachers are the backbone and future foundation of clinical teaching.How to solve the bottlenecks encountered in the clinical teaching of young teachers and improve the clinical teaching ability of young teachers is an important starting point to ensure the quality of medical education,and it is also a breakthrough point in teaching innovation and reform.Young clinical teachers have the need for self-actualization in their teaching work.They can look for measures to improve their clinical teaching ability from the perspective of self-actualization,so as to improve the clinical teaching ability of young physicians in multiple aspects and angles.
