摘要
为评价天冬糖苷散对南美白对虾的安全性,将1、3、5、10倍推荐剂量的天冬糖苷散连续拌料给药35 d,另设空白对照组。于第17 d、35 d检查各组南美白对虾的体指数、血淋巴生化指标和肝胰腺组织学变化。结果显示,按推荐剂量的1、3、5倍饲喂天冬糖苷散35 d可以提高南美白对虾的增重率、增长率和肝体比;天冬糖苷散10倍剂量对南美白对虾生化指标及肝胰腺有一定影响。结果表明,连续饲喂1、3、5倍推荐剂量的天冬糖苷散可以促进南美白对虾的生长,且安全可靠。
To evaluate the safety of TianDongTangGan powder to Litopenaeus vannamei,1,3,5 and 10 times of the recommended dose of TianDongTangGan powder were given for 35 d,and blank control was set.The body index,hemolymph biochemical indexes and hepatopancreas pathological changes of Litopenaeus vannamei in each group were examined on the 17th and 35th day post treatment.The results showed that feeding 1,3 and 5 times of the recommended dose of TianDongTangGan powder for 35 d could increase the weight gain rate,growth rate and hepato-body ratio of Litopenaeus vannamei.The biochemical indexes and hepatopancreas of Litopenaeus vannamei were affected by 10 times dose.Studies have show that continuous feeding of 1,3 and 5 times of the recommended dose of TianDongTangGan powder for 35 d can promote the growth of Litopenaeus vannamei,and it is safe and reliable.
