日粮中不同水平的植物精油对仔猪生长性能、血浆生化指标及抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of different levels of plant essential oils in diets on growth performance,plasma biochemical indexes and antioxidant function of piglets

摘要 试验在仔猪日粮中添加不同水平的植物精油,探讨其对仔猪生长性能、血浆生化指标及抗氧化功能的影响。试验选用体重相近、健康的"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪120头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。各组仔猪依次饲喂含有0(对照组)、100(试验1组)、200(试验2组)、300 mg/kg(试验3组)植物精油的日粮。预试验7 d,正式试验期35 d。结果表明,试验2组仔猪的平均日增重比对照组显著提高10.47%(P<0.05);试验2组仔猪料重比较对照组和试验1组显著降低7.10%、5.56%(P<0.05)。试验2组和试验3组仔猪血浆的白蛋白(ALB)含量比对照组显著提高6.27%、5.14%(P<0.05);试验2组仔猪血浆甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)含量分别比对照组显著降低24.53%、26.38%(P<0.05)。试验2组和试验3组仔猪血浆总抗氧化能力(TAOC)比对照组显著提高40.18%、43.39%(P<0.05);试验1~3组仔猪血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性比对照组极显著提高7.39%、16.52%、12.62%(P<0.01);试验2组和试验3组仔猪血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量比对照组显著降低34.05%、33.13%(P<0.05)。研究表明,在仔猪日粮中添加一定水平的植物精油可以显著提高生长性能、改善血浆生化指标、增强机体抗氧化能力;最适添加量为200 mg/kg。 In the experiment,different doses of plant essential oils were added to the piglet's diet to explore its effect on piglet growth performance,plasma biochemical indicators and antioxidant function.In the experiment,120 piglets of similar weight and healthy'Du×chang×da'ternary hybrid were selected and randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and ten piglets in each replicate.Each group of piglets were fed with diets containing 0(control group),100(test 1 group),200(test 2 group),300 mg/kg(test 3 group)plant essential oils.The pre-test lasted for 7 d,formal test lasted for 35 d.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of piglets in test 2 group was significantly higher than that of control group by 10.47%(P<0.05).The feed weight ratio of the piglets in the test 2 group was significantly lower than that of control group and test 1 group by 7.10%,5.56%(P<0.05).The plasma ALB content of piglets in test 2 group and test 3 group was significantly increased by 6.27% and 5.14%(P<0.05)compared with the control group(P<0.05).The plasma TG and TC contents of the piglets in the test 2 group were significantly lower than those in the control group by 24.53% and 26.38%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the plasma T-AOC of the piglets in the test 2 and test 3 groups were extremely increased by 40.18% and 43.39%(P<0.05),the plasma SOD activity of the piglets in the test 1~3 groups was significantly higher than that of control group by 7.39%,16.52% and 12.62%(P<0.01).The plasma MDA content of piglets in the test 2 and test 3 groups was 34.05% and 33.13% significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding a certain level of plant essential oils to piglet diet can significantly improve growth performance,improve plasma biochemical indicators,and enhance the body's antioxidant capacity.The most appropriate amount is 200 mg/kg.
