北京密云地区规模化猪场猪O型口蹄疫、蓝耳及猪瘟抗体效价检测与分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了解分析北京密云地区某规模化猪场猪口蹄疫-O型病毒(FMDV-O)、蓝耳病毒(PRRSV)及猪瘟病毒(CSFV)感染及抗体水平情况,研究采用ELISA的方法对采集的310份血清样品进行FMDV-O、PRRSV、CSFV的抗体水平检测分析。结果表明:经产母猪的FMDV-O抗体的S/P值最大,为2.63,显著高于其他猪群的FMDV-O抗体的S/P值(P<0.05)。不同猪群的PRRSV抗体的S/P值未产生显著性差异(P>0.05),经种公猪的PRRSV抗体的S/P值最大,为1.83,阳性率为100%;保育猪的PRRSV抗体的S/P值最小,为1.63,阳性率为84%,均高于国家标准(70%)。育肥猪和种公猪的CFSV抗体的阳性率为100%,平均阻断率较高,显著高于其他猪群(P<0.05);所有猪群的CFSV抗体的阳性率均高于国家的标准(70%)。研究表明,该猪场除了保育猪FMDV-O抗体水平未达到国家要求,其余猪群的3种病毒抗体阳性率均符合国家要求,应对保育猪FMDV-O进行二次免疫。 In order to understand and analyze porcine foot-and-mouth disease-O virus(FMDV-O),blue ear virus(PRRSV)and classical swine fever virus(CSFV)infection and antibody levels in a large-scale pig farm in Miyun,Beijing,the study used ELISA to collect 310 serum samples of FMDV-O,PRRSV,CSFV antibody levels were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the S/P value of the FMDV-O antibody of the sows was the largest,2.63,which was significantly higher than the S/P value of the FMDV-O antibody of other pig herds(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in S/P value of PRRSV antibodies in different pig groups(P>0.05).The S/P value of PRRSV antibodies in bred boars was the largest,1.83,with a positive rate of 100%.The S/P value of PRRSV antibodies in nursery pigs was the smallest,1.63,and the positive rate was 84%,which is higher than the national standard(70%).The positive rate of CFSV antibodies in fattening pigs and breeding boars was 100%,and the average blocking rate is higher,which is significantly higher than other pig herds(P<0.05).The positive rates of CFSV antibodies in all pig herds were higher than the national standard(70%).The study indicates that,except for the FMDV-O antibody level of the nursery pigs that did not meet the national requirements,the positive rates of the 3 virus antibodies of the remaining pig herds all met the national requirements.,and the nursery pigs should be immunized for the second time with FMDV-O.
