摘要
公路可以促进不同地区之间的联系,促进陆路交通枢纽的完善;街道不仅是汽车交通占主导地位的交通空间,而是将街道生活与街道交通紧密结合在一起的交往空间。随着我国经济和城镇化水平的迅猛发展,过境公路逐渐转变为城镇的街道空间,但过境公路的各项道路标准都不足以满足城镇居民的街道使用需求,因此造成了干线交通影响城镇安全、城镇发展阻塞干线交通的局面。随着小城镇与过境公路的矛盾日益突出,小城镇过境公路改为镇区街道的设计问题便引起了设计者的关注。旨在对公路设计与街道设计进行对比研究分析,针对公路和街道各个设计重点,从技术标准层面和城市设计方面来分析它们的设计差异并进行总结,这可以为过境公路改造为镇区街道提供依据。
Highways can promote the connection between different regions and promote the perfection of land transportation hubs.Streets are not only a traffic space dominated by automobile traffic,but also a communication space that closely combines street life and traffic.With the rapid development of the economy and urbanization level in our country’s,border highways have gradually transformed into urban street spaces.However,the various road standards of border highways are not sufficient to meet the needs of urban residents in using street.As a result,arterial traffic affects urban safety,and the development of cities and towns is hindering the main traffic.As the contradiction between small towns and border highways has become increasingly prominent,the design issue of changing border highways in small towns into township streets has aroused the author’s attention.This paper aims to conduct a comparative study and analysis of the design of highways and streets.Directing at the design points of highways and streets,differences in the design are analyzed and summarized from the technical standards and urban design aspects,which can provide evidence for transforming border highways into town streets.
