珠江河口“洪水就近入海”泄洪方略研究

摘要 通过分析珠江三角洲洪水特性、八大出海口门分流比变化情况,结合珠江河口与河网动力-沉积-地貌异变机理最新研究成果,从河口自然发展规律出发,提出珠江河口“洪水就近入海”泄洪方略,利用河网水动力数学模型,通过扩宽虎坑水道方案和下横沥水道方案,对珠江三角洲河网区的洪(潮)水位进行定量分析,结果表明:方案可以明显降低腹部洪(潮)水位,并且随着河道扩宽效果更加凸显。研究成果可为粤港澳大湾区水安全保障工程规划建设提供参考。 Based on the analysis of the flood characteristics of the Pearl River Delta and the changes in the diversion ratios of eight major outlets,combined with the latest research results of the Pearl River estuary and river network dynamics-sediment-geomorphological change mechanism,starting from the natural development law of the estuary,the Pearl River estuary“Flood from the Nearest to the Sea”Flood discharge strategy was proposed.Using the mathematical model of river network hydrodynamics to quantitatively analyzed the flood(tide)water level in the Pearl River Delta in the Hukeng channel and Xiahengli channel widening program,the results showed that the program can significantly reduce the belly flood(tide)water level,and with the widening of the channel,the effect of reducing the belly flood(tide)water level was more prominent.The research results can provide reference for the planning and construction of water safety protection projects in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
