摘要
2016年1月28—29日,受极端低温天气和低层切变线共同影响,梅江流域普降大暴雨,致使梅江多数水文站点超警戒水位,成为枯水期最大洪水。经分析,该场洪水的特性与以往洪水特性不一样,表现为产流较快、产水量较大、汇流时间较短。究其原因,除了降水的因素外,由于低温冰冻引起的下渗率变小甚至不下渗,土壤未蓄满先产流等改变了原来的产流方式也是另一个原因。
From January 28 to 29,2016,affected by extreme low temperature weather and lower shear line,heavy rain fall all over Meijiang river basin.Water-level of most hydrological stations in the basin was rising higher than the warning line.So far,this has been the highest flood recorded in dry season.According to the analysis,the characteristics of this rainstorm and flood were very different compared with others:the earlier runoff production and the higher rainfall-runoff coefficient.The factors were mainly lower soil permeability or impermeability caused by low temperature and frozen and heavy rainfall.The function of runoff production performs as excess permeability.
