浅谈地下狭小空间内旋回破碎机安装及运行技术

Discussion On Installation and Operation Technology of Gyratory Crusher in Underground Confined Space

针对地下工程旋回设备安装空间狭窄,安装难度大和质量要求高以及空间内潮湿、粉尘重、通风条件差,设备运行和维护管理难度大等问题,依托杨房沟水电站上铺子沟砂石加工系统工程,笔者分析旋回破碎机安装和运行管理的影响因素,介绍了地下狭小空间内旋回破碎机安装和运行管理,为类似生产设备安装提供参考。

Installation of gyratory equipment in underground engineering is a tough job,while the requirements for installation quality are high.Gyratory equipment operates in underground confined space featuring high humidity,heavy dust and poor ventilation which poses difficulty on operation and maintenance management,etc.Based on Shangpuzigou gravel processing system of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of installation and operation management of gyratory crusher,introduces installation and operation technology of gyratory crusher in underground confined space,and provides reference for installation of similar equipment.
