摘要
雅砻江流域水能、风能和太阳能资源富集,流域将建设成水风光可再生能源综合开发基地。水风光互补运行可以充分利用雅砻江水电站群的调节性能,抑制风电、光伏发电的不稳定性,提高新能源的电能品质,保障新能源规模化开发。水风光互补运行以后,雅砻江干流各梯级水电站水库调度运行方式将发生较大变化。在开展水风光互补运行及系统电力电量平衡计算的基础上,研究水风光互补运行特性,分析水库是否能够协调运行,以及梯级之间如何协调运行。研究表明,可制定上下游同步运行、控制上游梯级调峰的规则,对梯级调度运行加以约束,使水电站能够充分利用调节库容。
The Yalong River Basin is rich in hydropower,wind and solar resources,and the basin will be built into a comprehensive development base of renewable energy.The water-wind-solar hybrid power generation can make full use of the regulating performance of the Yalong River hydropower station group to control the instability of wind and solar power generation,improve the power quality of renewable energy,and ensure the large-scale development of renewable energy.With water-wind-solar hybrid power generation,the dispatching and operation mode of the cascade hydropower stations on the main stream of the Yalong River will undergo major changes.Based on electricity balance calculation of the water-wind-solar hybrid generation system,the characteristics of hybrid operation is studied,and analysis is also made on whether the reservoirs can be operated in a coordinated manner and how to realize coordinated operation among the cascades.The study shows the rules of synchronous operation and controlling peak shaving time of the upstream cascades can be established to control cascades dispatching operation which enables the hydropower stations to make full use of regulating storage capacity.
