摘要
采用组培培养技术探讨昌感秋海棠最佳培养条件。结果表明:选用叶片作为组培外植体更佳,初代、继代、生根培养的最佳培养基依次为MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.3mg/L NAA、MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA+0.4mg/L GA、1/2MS+0.2mg/L NAA,最佳炼苗基质为珍珠岩∶蛭石∶泥炭藓=1∶1∶2。
The study was focused on the best conditions of tissue culture of Begonia Cavaleriei.The results showed that the best explants for tissue culture came to be the leaves,and the best medium for primary culture,subculture and rooting culture were MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.3mg/L NAA,MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA+0.4mg/L GA,1/2MS+0.2mg/L NAA,respectively.The best seedling substrate was perlite+vermiculite+sphagnum(1∶1∶2).
