农户茶叶种植意愿影响因素研究的文献综述

A Literature Review on the Influencing Factors of Farmers′Tea Planting Willingness

茶产业是特色产业、优势产业和富民产业,发展茶产业是实现山区产业振兴和农民致富最直接、最有效的途径。抓住影响茶叶产量、质量的主要因素,对于保障茶产业的发展至关重要。该文通过梳理国内外茶产业发展、茶叶种植户、农户选择行为对茶产业发展的影响方面的文献资料,提出了将农户的个体特征、选择行为与茶产业发展有机结合,更好地服务农户,提高农户茶叶产量和质量,增加农户收入,建设美丽生态乡村的建议。

Tea industry is a characteristic industry,an advantageous industry and an industry for enriching the peo⁃ple.Developing tea industry is the most direct and effective way to revitalize the mountain industry and make farmers rich.Grasping the main factors affecting tea yield and quality is very important to ensure the development of tea in⁃dustry.This paper studies and combs the literature on the development of tea industry,the influence of tea growers and farmers′choice behavior on the development of tea industry at home and abroad,and puts forward the conclu⁃sion that combining farmers′individual characteristics and choice behavior with the development of tea industry can better serve farmers,improve farmers′tea output and quality,increase farmers′income and build beautiful and eco⁃logical countryside.
