基层烟叶工作站管理工作是现代烟草农业建设的重要组成部分。通过分析基层烟叶工作站管理工作现状及面临的一系列问题,从加强基础设施建设、队伍建设、管理体制建设等方面提出了加强基层烟叶工作站管理的对策建议,为加强基层烟叶工作站的管理提供参考。

Basic tobacco workstation management is an important part of modern tobacco agriculture construction.In this study,through the analysis of a series of problems faced by the management of grass-roots tobacco workstations,suggestions and countermeasures for strengthening the management of grass-roots tobacco workstations were put for⁃ward from the aspects of strengthening infrastructure construction,team construction and management system con⁃struction,to provide reference for strengthening management of basic tobacco workstation.
