基于国土空间规划期市域建设用地规模预测研究——以百色市为例

Research on the Prediction of Urban Construction Land Scale Based on the Period of Territorial Spatial Planning——Take Baise City as an Example

随着国土空间规划工作的不断推进,如何做好规划期建设用地规模预测工作,保证市域内建设项目用地需求,是国土空间规划工作者亟需考虑的问题。该文详述了建设用地预测方法,提出“分类型—方法”的预测模式,并以百色市为例,对百色市2025年和2035年建设用地规模进行预测,以期为国土空间规划进行建设用地规模预测提供参考。

With the continuous advancement of Territorial Space Planning,how to do a good job in predicting the scale of construction land during the planning period and ensure the land demand for construction projects in the city is an urgent issue for Territorial Space Planning workers.The article studies in detail the construction land forecast⁃ing methods and ideas,and the prediction model of"classification—method"is proposed,takes Baise City as an ex⁃ample to predict the scale of construction land in Baise City to 2025 and 2035,in order to provide a reference for land and space planning in the construction land scale forecast.
