中医药辨证施治对腰椎间盘突出症患者临床疗效、疼痛及中医症状评分的影响

Effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on clinical efficacy,pain and TCM symptom score of lumbar disc herniation patients

目的探讨中医药辨证施治对腰椎间盘突出症患者临床疗效、疼痛及中医症状评分的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年12月在我院治疗腰椎间盘突出症的300例患者,将患者随机分为对照组及观察组,每组各150例。对照组患者行常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上行中医药辨证治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛程度及中医症状评分。结果观察组患者治疗优良率为94.67%,显著高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后及治疗后3个月观察组患者VAS评分分别为(2.52±0.76)分及(1.12±0.31)分,均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者中医症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者主观症状评分、临床体征评分及日常活动评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者采取中医药辨证施治方案治疗,能够有效提高患者治疗效果,有助于改善患者治疗后疼痛及中医症状评分。

Objective To explore the influence of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on clinical efficacy,pain and TCM symptom score of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 300 patients in our hospital with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was received conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group was received TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and the TCM symptom scores before and after the treatment between two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 94.67%,which was significantly higher than that of 86.67%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in pain degree between the two groups(P>0.05).Immediately after treatment and 3 months after treatment,the pain scores in the observation group were(2.52±0.76)points and(1.12±0.31)points,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,subjective symptom scores,clinical signs scores and daily activity scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,and is helpful to improve the pain and TCM symptom score of patients after treatment.
