Dear Editor,Global applications of forensic science are influ-enced by many factors.Notable among these are finan-cial resources,training,equipment,maintenance of equipment,available professional expertise,political climate and administrative priorities[1].Frequently,resources for forensic science applications are gener-ated by governmental institutions and funnelled through their inherent bureaucracies.
