从心脾论治特发性水肿刍议

特发性水肿是由于自身内分泌失调引起的水钠代谢紊乱而致的综合征。结合相关文献分析认为,该病脏腑定位主要在心脾,病机属本虚标实,心脾不足,阳虚为本,水液潴留为标。治疗以心脾同治为基本思路,遵循辨证施治,以健脾养心,温阳利水为基本治法。

Idiopathic edema is a syndrome of water-natrium metabolism disorder caused mostly by selfendocrine disorders.Through the analysis of relevant literatures,it is believed that the viscera location of this disease is mainly in the heart and spleen,and its pathogenesis belongs to deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,heartspleen deficiency,yang deficiency being origin and water retention being superficiality.In the treatment,the basic idea of treatment is to treat both the heart and the spleen simultaneously,to follow the syndrome differentiation,and to take invigorating spleen and nourishing heart as well as warming yang to promote diuresis as the basic method of treatment.
