益气养阴法联合化疗治疗气阴两虚型乳腺癌术后临床观察

Clinical efficacy observation of supplementing qi and nourishing yin therapy and chemotherapy on postoperative breast cancer with qi and yin deficiency syndrome

目的:观察益气养阴法联合化疗治疗气阴两虚型乳腺癌术后的临床疗效。方法:将80例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为两组,各40例。治疗组采用中药益气养阴之剂联合化疗,对照组仅予化疗,两组治疗期间均予以常规支持治疗,4个化疗周期结束后,比较两组的中医证候疗效、实体瘤疗效、KPS评分、不良反应发生率等。结果:①治疗组气阴两虚证候改善总有效率为85.0%,对照组为65.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);②治疗组实体瘤疗效评定总有效率为80.0%,对照组为75.0%,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);③治疗组治疗后KPS评分为(77.12±3.08)分,对照组为(72.99±5.54)分,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);④治疗组治疗期间不良反应发生率为57.5%,对照组为92.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:中药益气养阴法联合化疗在控制实体瘤方面未见明显优势,但其能明显改善气阴两虚型乳腺癌术后的临床症状,降低化疗期间患者不良反应的发生率,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin therapy and chemotherapy on postoperative breast cancer with qi and yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:80 cases of patients with postoperative breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine for supplementing qi and nourishing yin and by chemotherapy,while the control group was treated only by chemotherapyBoth groups were given routine supportive treatment during the period of treatment.After 4 cycles of chemotherapy,TCM syndrome efficacy,solid tumor efficacy,KPS score and incidence of adverse reactions,etcwere compared between two groups.Results:1The total effective rate of improvement of qi and yin deficiency syndrome was 85.0% in treatment group and 65.0% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).2.The total effective rate of efficacy evaluation of solid tumor was 80.0% in treatment group and 75.0% in control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05)3.After treatment,KPS score of treatment group was(77.122±08),KPS score of control group was(72.993±54),and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).4.During the period of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 57.5% in treatment group and 92.5% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine for supplementing qi and nourishing yin and chemotherapy have no obvious advantage in controlling solid tumor,but it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of postoperative breast cancer with qi and yin deficiency syndrome,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of patients during the period of chemotherapy,and enhance the quality of life.
