健脾固本化毒方协同化疗治疗进展期胃癌疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Jianpi Guben Huadu recipe and chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer

目的:观察健脾固本化毒方协同化疗治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:将88例进展期胃癌患者随机分为两组各44例。对照组采用XELOX方案一线化疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服健脾固本化毒方,3周为1个疗程,均治疗4个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组肿瘤客观有效率为63.64%,明显高于对照组的40.91%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清CEA、CA199水平均显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。毒副作用发生率治疗组为25.00%,明显低于对照组的52.27%,治疗后生活质量评分治疗组为(70.45±5.15)分,优于对照组的(62.16±6.94)分,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:健脾固本化毒方协同化疗能有效提高进展期胃癌患者的客观有效率,降低肿瘤标志物,减少毒副反应,提升生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Guben Huadu recipe and chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer.Methods:88 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated by first-line chemotherapy of XELOX regimen,while the treatment group was treated plus with Jianpi Guben Huadu recipe on the basis of control group.3 weeks as a course of treatment.The curative effect was evaluated after 4 courses of treatment.Results:The objective effective rate of tumor in treatment group was 63.64%,which was significantly higher than 40.91% in control group,and the difference compared between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CEA and CA199 in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P﹤0.05).The incidence of toxic-side effects in treatment group was 25.00%,which was significantly lower than 52.27% in control group.After treatment,the score of life-quality of treatment group was(70.45±5.15),which was better than(62.16±6.94)of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Guben Huadu recipe and chemotherapy can effectively enhance the objective effective rate of patients with advanced gastric cancer,lower the tumor markers,reduce the toxic-side effects and improve the quality of life.
