一种面向工业化的模块化板式住宅体系探讨

A Modularized Panel Type Housing System Adapted for Industrialization

为解决住宅工业化建设中标准化与多样化结合的难题,设计了一种具有广泛适应性的谱系化、模块化住宅体系。体系包括一系列户型模块和由户型模块组合而成的整楼模块,并将这些形成谱系的模块编制成《板式住宅户型模块图谱》和《板式住宅整楼模块图谱》。应用这种体系,建筑师可根据项目需求快速地从图谱中选择合适的整楼模块和户型模块后,再进行外观设计,即可完成整栋楼的设计。定型构件的产生可大幅提高设计的质量和效率,也为工业化的建筑营造提供了必要条件。

To conquer the challenge of integrating standardization and diversification in industrialized housing,the author designed a genealogical and modular housing system with broad adaptability.The system includes a series of Unit Modules and Whole Building Modules consist of Unit Modules,which are compiled into the“Unit Module Atlas for Panel Type Residential Buildings”and the“Whole Building Module Atlas for Panel Type Residential Buildings”.Modules are diversified while components are standardized.Employing this system enables architects to complete the design of entire building by selecting the appropriate whole building module and unit module from the atlas in accordance with project planning followed by the façade design,which greatly enhances the quality and efficiency of the design.The production of modularized components also provides necessary conditions for industrialized building construction.
