城市更新视角下历史住区在地文化演变模式研究

Research on Evolution Patterns of Local Culture in Historical Residential Areas from the Perspective of Urban Regeneration

大规模城市更新背景下,文化的流失、扭转和迁移无可避免,特别是长期承载人们日常生活、根植了深厚在地文化的历史住区,成为当下城市更新改造的焦点。文章以城市更新进程与历史住区在地文化驻留的矛盾为切入点,从人地关系挖掘历史住区在地文化的有机内涵,探讨面向在地文化的不同城市更新模式,反思其中的冒进与曲折,总结其中的创新与突破;并以此为基础,提出围绕历史住区在地文化的讨论对当下城市更新工作的启示。

Under the background of rapid urban development,loss,reversal,and migration of culture are inevitable.Historical residential areas carry people’s everyday life and cultivate profound life culture.However,they are primary reforming targets of urban regeneration because of a dilemma between vibrant community life and deadlocked housing environment.Issues,for instance how to deal with the relationship between urban regeneration and so-called local culture,and how to take corresponding regeneration strategies for specific local cultures,are worthy of attention to urban development.Starting with the contradiction between the urban regeneration process and culture protection,the paper demonstrates hierarchical meaning of local culture in historical residential areas from a view of human-place relationship.It concentrates on a discussion of evolution patterns of local cultures related to urban regeneration modes,and summarizes their aggressions as well as innovations.On the basis,the paper provided enlightenments on how to promote local culture in historical residential areas during the process of current urban regeneration in China.
