摘要
目的:研究常用植物精油中的致敏成分,为评估植物精油作为化妆品原料的安全性和规范植物精油在化妆品中的应用提供理论依据。方法:采用气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS)法对15种植物精油致敏成分进行测定,并与国内外相关文献进行对比,分析植物精油的安全风险。结果:15种植物精油中,有11种含有致敏成分。结论:本研究发现多种植物精油中含有致敏成分,为探究植物精油致敏风险物质基础提供一种思路,建议关注由植物精油原料带入致敏成分的安全风险情况,建立植物精油原料产品质量和使用规范。
Objective:Study the allergenic components in commonly used plant essential oils to evaluate the safety of plant essential oils as raw materials for cosmetics and to provide theoretical basis for regulating the application of plant essential oils in cosmetics.Methods:Gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to determine the allergenic components in 15 kinds of plant essential oils,and the safety risks of the plant essential oils were analyzed by comparing with relevant literatures domestic and overseas.Results:Among 15 kinds of plant essential oils,11 kinds contain allergenic components.Conclusion:This study found that a variety of plant essential oils contain allergenic components,which provides a way to explore the material basis of allergenic risk of plant essential oils.It is suggested to pay attention to the safety risk of allergenic components from plant essential oils,and establish the product quality and use specifications of plant essential oils.
