摘要
竖井是矿山开采主要开拓方式,近年来在新建矿井中竖井开拓约占新建矿井的45%。随着矿山企业改扩建工程的施工,为了节约用地及环保需要,部分矿企因为要在原工业广场内进行改扩建工程施工,所以提供的工业场地十分有限,同时建设单位要与施工单位厂区内共同作业,迫使施工单位因地制宜,不得不对传统凿井设备对侧布置进行改造。焦家金矿寺庄矿区新建主竖井工程,受工业厂区限制,为增设双提升凿井绞车,提高工作效率,三侧方向布置凿井设备,主提升与副提升垂直布设,在国内行业中实属罕见,为日后矿建井筒快速掘砌奠定基础。
Shaft is the main way of mine exploitation,which accounts for 45%of the newly-built mines in recent years.With the construction of reconstruction and expansion projects of mining enterprises,in order to save land and protect the environment,some mining enterprises have to provide very limited industrial sites because they have to carry out reconstruction and expansion projects in the former industrial plaza,at the same time,the construction unit must work together with the construction unit in the plant area,forcing the construction unit to adapt to local conditions,had to traditional shaft sinking equipment layout on the opposite side of the transformation.The newly-built main shaft project in Sizhuang mining area of Jiaojia Gold Mine is subject to the restriction of the industrial factory area.In order to increase the working efficiency by adding a double-lift shaft sinking winch,shaft sinking equipment is arranged in three directions,and the main lift and auxiliary lift are arranged vertically,which is rare in the domestic industry,it lays a foundation for the rapid excavation and bricklaying of mine shaft in the future.
